The following post features student writing.

Breakfast: Today, we had yet another great breakfast by Elda. Today we had panqueques, huevos, y frijoles.

Work: Today we put up four layers of repello and evened out the dirt for the entrance to the church. While some of us worked extremely hard, others went to town to shop for groceries.

Lunch: We had potatoes, beans, rice, and salad. It was a great time.

Work continued…

Free Time: At last, time to have fun. Today some taught an English class, some played soccer, a few wandered off to find coconuts, and others showered.

Dinner: Today we ate dinner with Elda and her family, with the help of Fedora and Jr we were able to ask questions in Spanish.

In all, today was a great and eventful day. Now we rest to continue our hard work!
